Role & responsibilities

  • Internal & Corporate Communication: Draft and publish newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages; support employee engagement and organizational communication initiatives.
  • External Communication: Assist in developing press releases, corporate updates, and social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Events & Media: Support planning and execution of corporate events, CSR initiatives, and brand campaigns; maintain media and communication archives.
  • Digital & Social Media: Manage corporate social media handles, draft posts, and track engagement analytics.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain communication calendars and prepare regular performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Good organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
