  • Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR and other analytical techniques.
  • Conduct method validation, method transfer, and method development as per ICH guidelines.
  • Prepare and review analytical documents such as SOPs, STPs, protocols, and validation reports.
  • Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of test results with GMP/GLP and regulatory standards.
  • Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, etc.).
  • Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results and document corrective actions.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and logbooks as per company SOPs and audit requirements.
  • Support regulatory inspections, internal audits, and customer audits.
  • Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production teams to resolve analytical issues
