Location: Daman
Experience Required : 3-5 Years
Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality control testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Develop, modify, and improve formulations for solvent-based, epoxy, acrylic, and PU coatings.

Conduct lab trials and analyze coating performance (adhesion, viscosity, drying time, etc.).
Maintain detailed lab records and technical documentation.

Collaborate with production and sales teams for technical support and process improvement.

Stay up to date with industry standards and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Chemistry / Polymer Science / Paint Technology or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in QC and/or R&D for industrial paints and coatings.
Strong understanding of solvent-based and solventless systems.

Knowledge of epoxy, acrylic, and PU formulations is essential.
Good lab practices and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
