We are hiring a Courier & Xerox Machine In-Charge to manage printing, book preparation, and courier dispatch. The candidate will be responsible for operating the Xerox/printing machine, managing book printing and packing, and ensuring timely delivery of all parcels to the courier office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage Xerox/printing machines.
  • Print, bind, and prepare books/study materials.
  • Pack books and other items neatly for courier.
  • Deliver packed consignments to the courier office on time.
  • Maintain stock of printing materials (paper, ink, covers, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth functioning and basic maintenance of Xerox machines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass].
  • Prior experience in printing/photocopy/Xerox operations preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of book binding and packing.
  • Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
