Xerox Operator

The Xerox Operator is responsible for managing photocopying and printing tasks within the school, ensuring that educational materials, administrative documents, and other necessary paperwork are produced efficiently and accurately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate photocopying and printing machines to produce required documents.
- Maintain and troubleshoot photocopying equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Organize and manage the storage of printed materials.
- Assist staff and students with photocopying and printing needs.
- Monitor and manage paper and toner supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols while operating equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of photocopying machines.
- Maintain records of printing and copying activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment maintenance.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position during school hours.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
