  • Essential skills and experience: Candidates should have hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platforms, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, MDM technology, various support tools (Nagios, Confluence, Dynatrace, etc.), FTP/SFTP, DNS, Remedy 9, and web technologies, along with ITIL Foundation awareness and strong conversational English.
