Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Engineer, located in Vijayawada with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring all IT infrastructure operates efficiently. The role includes performing system upgrades, managing network security, and documenting system configurations and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation and maintenance
  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support
  • Proficiency in managing network security and system upgrades
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in finance or banking industry is a plus
