The Wholesale Data & Operations Technology team in India is an integral part of the global team spread across all regions. The team is responsible to build and enhance Data Distribution Platform. This is a global team geographically across regions. We provide a 24/5 operational coverage to all regions across the globe.

Business Overview:

Reporting and Analytics  team builds and support applications like OBI (Operations Business Intelligence) , FOS (Front Office Supervision) , ROBI (Regulatory OBI) , Business Intelligence and Analytics Portal , Trackster , Operations Analytics , 360Suite

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Snowpark Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining our innovative snowpark management platform. Leveraging your expertise in Java and Snowpark, you will collaborate with cross-functional team including Operations team to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Snowpark applications using Java programming language.
• Collaborate with project management team to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop well-defined software modules.
• Implement scalable and robust backend services to support snowpark management functionalities.
• Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through continuous integration and testing.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of Snowpark applications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Snowpark development.

Roles:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in Snowpark Java development and Snowflake database.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with Snowpark framework.
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Spring boot, hibernate or similar.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiar about Unix scripting and Jenkins CI/CD.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent activities and have a flexible, positive demeanor.
• Knowledge on Autosys will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
