We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor for Social Media Marketing (Posters, Reels, Ads, YouTube) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting visually stunning graphic and video content that engages audiences across various social platforms. In addition to graphic design and video editing skills, proficiency in AI-based design tools will be essential to support the creation of dynamic visual content. Whether you're an emerging talent or an experienced professional, you'll have a key role in producing content that helps our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and execution of high-impact designs, social media graphics, and video content (including reels) for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Translate marketing goals and creative briefs into compelling, brand-aligned visuals.
• Develop and maintain creative brand identities, visual systems, and design templates for clients.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of design and motion trends, experimenting with new techniques and tools to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Uphold quality standards across all creative outputs — from storyboarding and animation to final video exports.
• Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal stakeholders and clients when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3+ years in graphic design and video editing , preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
• Software Proficiency:
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Canva (advanced features), and other relevant design software.
• AI Design Tools: Proficiency in AI-based tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Midjourney, Runway ML, etc., to enhance design efficiency and creativity.
• Creativity: Strong eye for graphic designing and video editing, aesthetics, and storytelling, with the ability to create unique, engaging content for social media platforms.
• Attention to Detail: High level of precision in all video and graphic designs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to understand client needs, collaborate with teams, and execute effective design strategies.
• Portfolio: A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing your best video and design work (mandatory).

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
