In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our clients' brands to life across various digital platforms. You'll work on a diverse range of projects, from compelling social media creatives and engaging ad visuals to impactful website elements and brand identities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing and effective graphics/videos for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Develop engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, and profiles for various clients across different industries.
- Create logos, branding elements, posters, banners, and other visual assets as required.
- Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate marketing objectives into creative designs.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Software Proficiency**: Strong command over design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva (advanced features), CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
- **Creativity**: A keen eye for aesthetics, design principles, and visual storytelling. Ability to generate original and innovative design concepts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in ensuring design accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to understand client briefs and collaborate effectively with team members.
- **Portfolio**: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your best design work across digital platforms. This is mandatory for consideration.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
