We are looking for a
Sales Specialist
who is passionate about client success, skilled at building relationships, and eager to grow in the fast-evolving world of financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients through meetings, calls, and outreach programs.
  • Understand client financial goals and provide tailored solutions across investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the firm's client base.
  • Conduct presentations and represent the firm at Investor Awareness Programs, corporate events, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client experience.
  • Stay updated with market trends, products, and regulatory guidelines in the wealth management industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, financial advisory, or client-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Target-driven mindset with resilience and enthusiasm for business development.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products (mutual funds, insurance, equity, retirement plans, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
