About the Role

This role is for a 
product systems builder
, not just a food technologist.

You'll lead the process of transforming our product ideas into validated, scalable SKUs from concept to customer trials.

You'll design the sensory, nutritional, and emotional experience of our foods and work with manufacturers to bring that to life. You'll be the bridge between 
customer needs, nutritional philosophy, and production reality.

What You'll Do

  • Research and define the 
    core product promise
     for each SKU based on customer needs.
  • Work on 
    formulation development
     and nutritional profiling.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to create 
    samples, trials, and sensory evaluations.
  • Build the 
    testing and compliance
     process - from lab to label.
  • Set up a 
    system
     for product trials, QC, and feedback integration.
  • Document everything you do to make this process repeatable and scalable.

Who You Are

  • Background in Food Science, R&D, Nutrition, or Food Tech.
  • Deep curiosity about 
    why consumers choose what they eat.
  • Experience (or hunger to learn) in scaling food products from idea to market.
  • Thinks in systems - you love building once, so others can repeat it easily.
  • Hands-on, iterative, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • You believe "done and learned" is better than "perfect and late."
