Front Desk Executive

Core Responsibilities
- Reception Management: Greet visitors, parents, and students, directing them to the appropriate personnel and providing information.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, manage mail, correspondence, and circulars, and ensure timely communication within the school.
- Administrative Support: Assist teachers, staff, and administrators with daily tasks, such as managing schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and other essential school documentation.
- Office Operations: Ensure the reception area is clean and professional, and assist with front-desk documentation and correspondence.
- Admission and Examinations: Support the school in admission-related tasks and assist with the logistics of various examinations.
Required Skills
- Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and keep the reception area orderly.
- Interpersonal Skills: A welcoming and professional demeanor is essential for creating a positive first impression.
- Computer Proficiency: Competence in using computers and common office equipment.
- Multitasking Ability: Capacity to handle the varied and fast-paced demands of a busy school environment.
