Position: Project Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to serve as the central liaison between our internal teams and customer accounts. This role is responsible not only for maintaining clear and consistent communication around project updates but also for managing the operational and financial aspects of the assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, experience in an IT project or client servicing environment, and the ability to manage both communication and account-level tasks with professionalism. Preference will be given to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Project Coordination

  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between internal project teams and customer accounts.
  • Provide regular status updates on projects to customers through calls, emails, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project information and ensure timely delivery of updates.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings, project reviews, and status calls.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and milestones for each assigned project.
  • Ensure all client queries or concerns are addressed promptly, escalating issues where necessary.

Account Management

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project account structure, including contract terms, deliverables, and billing schedules.
  • Work with the finance and delivery teams to coordinate invoicing, billing cycles, and payment follow-ups.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and profitability metrics at the account level.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support contract renewals, change requests, and scope modifications with appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, agreements, and internal policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or account management roles in an IT / Software company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, Slack).

Technical Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Estimation, and Budgeting.
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Cost Management and tracking financial metrics.
  • A foundational understanding of modern Software Architecture, Technology Stacks, and recent development trends is highly desirable.Role & responsibilities
