Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Planning

  • Define the product vision and roadmap across cybersecurity and networking domains.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for network security, firewalls, cloud networking, and related solutions.
  • Identify customer pain points, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation.

2. Product Development & Execution

  • Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Partner with engineering, security architects, and networking teams to design and build features.
  • Manage Agile sprints, track progress, and ensure timely releases.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.

3. Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN
  • Routing & switching (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity areas:
  • Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust, DLP, SIEM/SOAR
  • IAM, encryption, threat intelligence
  • Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Ensure products meet industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).

4. Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Gather feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Support pre-sales, sales engineering, and post-sales teams with product expertise.
  • Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and training.

5. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Business Support

  • Work closely with marketing to define product messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Support the creation of datasheets, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor product performance using usage analytics and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electronics/Telecommunication, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management within cybersecurity or networking.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security tools.
  • Hands-on experience with network security products (firewalls, EDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, NAC).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused messaging.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, Security+, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud-native networking, SASE, zero-trust architectures, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Prior experience in B2B enterprise SaaS or network security product lines.
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
