About the Role:

We are seeking an Innovation Engineer to join our technology team and help drive the development of next-generation digital solutions. This role focuses on ideating, prototyping, and implementing innovative technologies that enhance business value, improve user experience, and create competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Ideation: Explore emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends (AI, IoT, automation, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.) to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Prototyping & Experimentation: Design and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and MVPs to test new ideas quickly.
  • Solution Design: Develop scalable, innovative solutions aligned with business and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform concepts into deployable solutions.
  • Innovation Frameworks: Contribute to establishing internal innovation processes, labs, or frameworks that accelerate experimentation and technology adoption.
  • Technical Evaluation: Assess feasibility and potential impact of new technologies or third-party tools.
  • Documentation & Presentation: Create technical documentation and present findings, demos, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in innovation labs, R&D teams, product incubation, or startup ecosystems.
  • Certifications in cloud, AI, or emerging technology platforms.
  • Experience in rapid prototyping using tools like Figma, Flutter, React, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Understanding of design thinking, lean innovation, or agile methodologies.
