We are seeking a Senior Engineer (Innovation) with a strong product mindset, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for innovation through cloud and emerging technologies such as Generative AI. As part of this high-impact team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, prototyping, and building scalable solutions that accelerate Presidio’s innovation strategy. Responsibilities include: Lead the design and development of innovative prototypes, frameworks, and internal accelerators that enhance Presidio’s cloud and AI capabilities. Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies — including cloud-native and GenAI solutions — to solve complex business challenges. Contribute to technical direction, standards, and reusable assets that drive efficiency across engineering teams. Mentor and guide engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and experimentation . Participate in technical reviews, demos, and innovation showcases to share learnings across the organization. Required Skills and Professional Experience – years of professional software engineering experience. Proficiency in one or more core languages: Python, Java, Go, C, JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with microservices , APIs , containerization (Docker) , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) . Exposure to or interest in AI/ML , GenAI , or data-driven applications . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on building scalable, maintainable solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
