Principal Solutions Consultant

About Position:

We are looking for a Principal Solutions Consultant (AI/GenAI) with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions across BFSI and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Generative AI, cloud-native architectures, and MLOps, while also playing a key role in client engagement, technical evangelism, and business development.

What You'll Do:

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions tailored to the industry, leveraging LLMs, predictive analytics and automation. Come up with architecture that support large-scale model deployment, automation of ML workflows, and real-time data processing using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Spearhead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions for diverse applications such as text to query, search and summarization, chatbot, autonomous agents.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment with a focus on ethics, bias reduction, and compliance.
• Leverage AI to extract actionable insights from consumer behavior, market trends, and operational data.
• Enable AI-powered customer experiences, including chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.

Technical Leadership:

• Act as a technical authority, providing deep insights and guidance to the team while demonstrating advanced knowledge of our solutions and industry trends.
• Develop and execute the technical pre-sales strategy, aligning it with broader business objectives and contributing to revenue growth.
• Participate in early-stage conversations with critical clients, understanding their needs and contributing to solution development, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and create innovative, scalable AI solutions aligned with clients requirements, leveraging in-depth technical knowledge.

Evangelism & Enablement:

• Keeping abreast with latest developments in the industry and competitors offerings; evaluating and recommending new and emerging AI/GenAI architectures/patterns, technologies, and standards.
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, educating them on the benefits of our solutions; guiding them on best practices in architecture, platform selection, and the end-to-end deployment of ML/AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and technical presentations.
• Create white papers, case studies and reusable artifacts to showcase our companys AI/GenAI value proposition.

Business Development Support:

• Create/own different point-of-view documents for industries and practice areas, case studies, white papers, and other sales collaterals, and assist sales in pitch evangelism.
• Assist and collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical guidance, deliver compelling presentations and lead the creation of comprehensive proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation, ensuring client alignment and adherence to industry best practices.
• Present capabilities and proposals to clients to support the sales cycle. Articulate the technical aspects of our solutions, addressing client queries with clarity and confidence.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by showcasing AI/ GenAI potential for extended use cases.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 15+ years in Data Science, AI, and ML, with a strong focus on production-scale environments and AI/ML platform development with recent experience in Generative AI technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in the application of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Boosting Trees, SVM, ARIMAX, LSTM, Deep Learning etc.
• Strong experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), MLOps practices, and automation tools for continuous model deployment and monitoring.
• Programming proficiency in Python, R, and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience solving high business value problems using AI for BFSI/Pharma/HLS.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse teams.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
