Job Description: US Collection / International Sales Executive

We are looking for dynamic and persuasive professionals to join our International Voice Process team for US Collection / Sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle international clients confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US customers to collect pending dues or promote company products/services.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while handling customer queries and objections.
  • Negotiate payment terms or sales closures efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for collections or sales.
  • Update customer information and call details accurately in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US shifts).
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience in CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in International BPO, US Collections, or Sales Process will be an advantage.

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate.
  • Experience: 1 year any international sales experienced can apply.
  • Shift: Night shift (US Process).
  • Salary: Best in the industry with attractive incentives.
