  • Role Overview – AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer for Voice AI, you will architect, develop, and optimize advanced real-time conversational AI systems for call center environments. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and ultra-low latency voice-to-voice solutions using speech recognition, large language models (LLMs), and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end voice AI pipelines, integrating ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), LLM, and TTS (Text-to-Speech) components for real-time call center applications

  • Lead system optimization efforts to achieve sub-second response times and high reliability

  • Develop and maintain high-performance APIs for voice, text, and AI model interactions

  • Implement advanced error handling, fallback mechanisms, and monitoring for production systems

  • Profile and optimize system latency across all components

  • Architect scalable solutions for high call volumes and multi-region deployments

  • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Document architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures

  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies (e.g., voice biometrics, emotion detection)

  • Drive continuous improvement in ASR accuracy, LLM understanding, and TTS naturalness.

Other Responsibilities
