About the Role

Kainskep Solutions is looking for a Product Cybersecurity Architect to lead our efforts in securing cutting-edge industrial and connected systems. In this role, you'll design, assess, and enhance product cybersecurity architecture — ensuring robust protection across the development lifecycle while aligning with global cybersecurity standards.

What You'll Do


• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve security and product goals.


• Cybersecurity Architecture: Design and deliver secure architectural solutions for complex product requirements.


• Business Involvement: Analyze and translate business needs into secure design requirements, prototypes, and solutions.


• Testing & Reporting: Develop automated cybersecurity testing and reporting processes.


• Kaizen (Continuous Improvement): Drive team growth through proactive learning and process enhancement.


• Monitoring: Maintain compliance and monitor security posture throughout the SDLC.


• Representation: Champion Kainskep's core principles by fostering ethical, secure, and collaborative interactions with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.


• 1+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on OT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).


• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as CRA, Machinery Regulation, and IEC 62443.


• Expertise in Threat Modeling (STRIDE, PASTA) and applying them to iterative product development cycles.


• Strong understanding of SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.


• Deep knowledge of software design patterns and their security implications.


• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.


• Familiarity with real-time operating systems.


• Exposure to motion and robotics domains.


• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
