Role Overview:

We are looking for a 
creative and detail-oriented Textile Print Designer
 who can conceptualize, develop, and execute unique print designs across collections. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of color, pattern, and fabric behavior, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital printing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create original 
    print and surface design concepts
     for apparel and lifestyle products.
  • Develop 
    repeat patterns, placement prints, and all-over designs
     suitable for various fabrics and silhouettes.
  • Research 
    seasonal trends, colors, and inspirations
     to align designs with brand direction.
  • Translate creative concepts into 
    digital print-ready artwork
     using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with the design, product development, and merchandising teams to ensure print accuracy and aesthetic alignment.
  • Maintain an organized 
    digital library of prints, artworks, and colorways
     for easy reference and use.
  • Ensure designs are 
    commercially viable, on-brand, and technically executable
     for production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
    .
  • 2–4 years of experience in 
    print or textile design
     (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong command of 
    Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    ; knowledge of CAD software or Procreate is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of 
    fabric types, printing techniques (digital, screen, rotary)
    , and color theory.
  • Ability to balance 
    creativity with commercial sensibility
    .
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Passion for sustainability and innovative materials.
  • Experience in 
    trend forecasting or mood board creation
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    AI-based design tools
     or digital workflows is an advantage.
