Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in product packaging, label design, and the ability to create reels, social media creatives, banners, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have exposure to FMCG, Nutrition, Healthcare, or E-commerce brands and be proficient in both static and basic motion design.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):1. Packaging & Label Design (Core Responsibility)

  • Design product packaging including pouches, jars, bottles, boxes, shippers, and outer cartons.
  • Create front & back labels, ingredient charts, barcodes, nutrition tables, and print-ready files.
  • Work on dielines, print formats (CMYK), embossing, foil stamping, matte/gloss effects.
  • Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and printer specifications.

2. Social Media Graphics & Motion Content

  • Create and edit reels, short videos, and basic motion graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Design banners, flyers, posters, emailers, and promotional creatives for digital marketing.
  • Provide visually appealing concepts for digital campaigns.

3. Branding & Creative Development

  • Develop and maintain brand identity elements (logos, icons, typography, color palettes).
  • Build high-quality product mockups for presentations and listings.
  • Ensure consistency and creativity across all graphic outputs.

4. Print Coordination

  • Prepare high-resolution print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors.
  • Review color accuracy, proof checks, and final sample quality before mass production.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
  • Good understanding of print processes, CMYK, packaging structures, and color theory.
  • Ability to handle both static and video-based content independently.

Experience Required:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in product packaging and label design (mandatory).
  • Experience in social media content creation and reels editing is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, Nutrition, Healthcare, Cosmetics, or E-commerce preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹42,000.00 per month
