This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Lead specializing in MEAN/MERN Development, based in New Delhi. The lead will oversee the design and implementation of scalable web applications, manage development teams, and drive technical solutions that align with business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring the quality of code, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. The role also demands ensuring the adoption of best practices and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full Stack Development, specifically with MEAN (MongoDB, , Angular, ) or MERN (MongoDB, , React, ).
