Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensure compliance with DOT regulations, and maintain excellent communication with drivers and customers. Responsibilities also include coordinating with different departments, managing schedules, and handling any dispatch-related issues promptly to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Dispatching
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
