Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive 
RFP Executive
 to manage Request for Proposals (RFPs) for our aviation clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will coordinate, draft, and submit RFPs to airlines, MROs, and OEMs, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end RFP process for airlines, MROs, and OEMs globally.
  • Draft, review, and submit proposals in response to client RFPs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, deadlines, and submission formats.
  • Track RFP status and maintain accurate records of submissions.
  • Support business development teams in preparing client-specific proposals.
  • Assist in improving RFP templates and processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in RFP management, business development, or proposal coordination, preferably in aviation or related sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple RFPs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with aviation industry terminology and stakeholders is a plus.
