As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the growth and success of our clients and the company. You will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with a holistic understanding of various business functions, including marketing, sales, human resources development, training, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic business initiatives.

  • Conduct targeted advertising campaigns and engage in human-to-human marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Participate in HRD & HRM processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple roles effectively.
