About the Role

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Associate (LPA) to monitor, control, and prevent loss across our stores and warehouses. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and experience in store or warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify any loss, damage, or irregularity and report promptly to the concerned team.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and raise alerts for any exceptions or suspicious activities.
  • Handle store incident reports, alarms, and ensure follow-ups until closure.
  • Conduct regular checks on inventory activities such as cycle counts, FEFO, write-offs, and store cleanliness.
  • Inspect Security Automation Systems (SAS) and raise repair requests if needed.
  • Report and support stores on Health, Safety, Environment & Fire (HSEF) matters.
  • Verify correct asset movement between locations and report missing assets during transport.
  • Conduct CCTV-based investigations for store or distribution center (DC) issues.
  • Be flexible and ready to travel as per work requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
  • Familiar with GRN (Goods Receive Notes) process.
  • Good understanding of store/warehouse operations.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Must own a bike and have a valid driving license (DL).
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
