  • Handling branch team, guide them, train them for best customer services.
  • Target achievement of the branch and customer service.
  • Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
  • Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
  • Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values.
  • Manage & Grow the Portfolio of Gold Loans within the allotted branch as per the assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure business growth.
  • Responsible for managing Branch P & L, marketing activities & efficient branch operations through strong leadership skills and service orientation. He/She must have strong management & relationship skills.
