Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer, based in Sangli. The Senior Engineer will oversee various project stages including planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and safety standards. The individual will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities also include technical problem-solving, compliance with industry standards, and regular reporting to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in design and construction practices, pre-engineering, and pre-casting techniques.
  • Strong expertise in project management, including budget control and timeline management.
  • Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and services.
  • Experience in quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and other project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
  • Previous experience in industrial and infrastructure projects is beneficial.
