Construction Surveyor responsibilities
- Interface with cartographers, civil engineers, and project managers to develop detailed design documentation
- Examine land boundaries and property lines by researching previous land records, legal descriptions, survey records, land titles, and other documentation
- Survey the site to gather information and precise measurements on geographic, hydrographic, and topographic features
- Utilize surveying instruments such as total stations, builder’s levels, robotics, and GPS (global positioning systems) to measure distances accurately
- Create digital maps and reports using GIS (geographic information systems) technology
- Advise clients, architects, and construction managers of any on-site conditions, building defects, or potential environmental impacts within boundary lines
- Prepare reports for official property boundaries on leases, deeds, plots, and legal documents
- Perform layout work, check as-built conditions, and stake out clearing boundaries and reference points on site
Qualification
- B.E Civil/ Diploma Civil / Surveyor diploma
Experience - Experience with Highway ,Tunnel
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
