  • Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off requests with service partners and Ambassadors.
  • Monitor ongoing service jobs to ensure timely completion and accurate updates.
  • Maintain records of transactions, service requests, and issue resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department and follow up for closure.
  • Support finance and operations teams with wallet updates, billing queries, and service confirmations.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and customer service standards.
  • Provide daily operational reports and feedback to the management team.
