Job Title : MS-CRM FieldService Sr Developer

Location : Bengalore

Experience : 7 - 10

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Technical Lead for Dynamics 365 CE projects, with end-to-end ownership across the full project lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Build and extend CE solutions using C#, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and the Dynamics 365 CE SDK.

  • Configure and customize Field Service modules, including:

  • Work Order Management, Scheduling, and Resource Optimization

  • Agreements and Entitlements
  • Mobile App Configuration (including offline scenarios)

  • IoT Alerts and Connected Field Service (CFS)

  • Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems (ERP, IoT platforms, scheduling tools).

  • Apply expert knowledge of CE data model, Field Service entities, and security roles.
  • Lead solution design sessions, technical workshops, and drive best practices for CE and Power Platform.
  • Oversee DevOps practices, including solution management, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
  • Provide technical oversight, allocate tasks, and mentor developers to ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for knowledge transfer and support readiness.
  • Support go-live phases, post-production stabilization, and knowledge handover to support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service implementation.
  • 2+ years of practical experience with Power Apps and Power Pages.

  • Strong expertise in:

  • C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript

  • Power Platform (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate)

  • Web APIs and Custom Connectors

  • Proven experience with Workflows, Plugins, CRM SDK, and PCF Controls.

  • In-depth knowledge of Field Service Scheduling, Resource Bookings, and Optimization Schedulers (RSO).
  • Experience with Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus.
  • Familiarity with Power BI integration for Field Service reporting/dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience deploying solutions using Azure DevOps, managing source control (GIT).
  • Strong understanding of Field Service Mobile administration and offline capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of testing strategies, defect triage, and collaboration with support teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Connected Field Service and IoT integration.
  • Knowledge of Field Service industry best practices and service operations.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration strategies from legacy systems to Dynamics CE.
