Role Overview: Procurement Executive
Responsible for managing daily production of EV chargers, PCB assemblies, and related electronics. Ensures smooth shop floor operations, material availability, quality compliance, and timely delivery while supporting NPD and mass-production builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor daily production schedules (assembly & testing).
- Supervise operators, allocate tasks, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and R&D/NPD for smooth operations.
- Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
- Support NPD builds and pilot runs by coordinating with engineering and sourcing teams.
- Maintain production documentation including process sheets, assembly logs, repair/rework data, and yield reports.
- Maintain accurate production reports and quality records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years' experience in electronics manufacturing / EMS / EV products.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, wiring, soldering, and product testing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
