About the Role: We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our travel solutions and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue generation.

  1. Business Performance Monitoring:
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
  • Monitor travel trends, customer behaviors, and market dynamics to support strategic planning.

  1. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  1. Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across various platforms and reports.
  • Implement best practices for data management and compliance with industry standards.

  1. Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling:
  • Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, pricing analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with travel industry data sources and analytics frameworks.
