Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Officer based in Mumbai. The Operations Officer will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of processes across diverse aviation services. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, airport ground handling, compliance with aviation regulations, crew support, and managing logistical aspects of flights. The role also involves analyzing operational data, addressing client requirements, and collaborating closely with internal teams to maintain service quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, crew, and cross-functional teams
  • Proven expertise in analytical skills and operations management to oversee processes and make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of finance to manage budgets and operational costs efficiently
  • Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to dynamic operational needs
  • Experience in the aviation industry or related fields is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and safety practices
