Role Proficiency:

Work on complex projects creating Design of Concepts UX Strategy User Flows Information Architecture Prototype & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions

Outcomes:

• Collaborates with business development research and prototyping and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions

• Participate with UX and Design Team and key stakeholders to develop a research approach and schedule

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate business problems into effective digital experiences that help customers.

• Participate in concept and usability testing gather feedback to come up with creative ways to solve UX problems.

• Working with key stakeholders to understand their business needs solve their problems elegantly and advocate industry best practices for user centric design (UCD)
