We are seeking passionate Chess Coaches with the following qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of chess.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil.
  • Must be a Fide rated player.
  • A passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Player Assessment: Evaluate students' current chess levels, strengths, weaknesses, and playing styles.
  • Game Analysis: Review and analyze student games to pinpoint mistakes and missed opportunities.
  • Chess puzzles and Exercises: Assign chess puzzles, exercises, and drills to develop problem-solving skills, improve tactical and positional awareness, and enhance calculation abilities.
  • Tournament Preparation: Assist students in preparing for chess tournaments by helping them formulate effective game plans and manage their time effectively during games.
  • Tailored Instruction: Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students, whether they are children, adults, beginners, intermediate players, or advanced players.
  • Progress Tracking: Maintain records of student progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
  • Training Delivery: Provide chess training as per the assigned schedule.
  • Business Development: Support the team in expanding the program.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
