As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and passionate Chess Coach to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct online chess lessons for students ranging from 5 to 15 years old and adults.

Implement effective chess curriculum curated by our chess ambassador Grand Master SL Narayanan to meet the diverse needs of students.

Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students improve their chess skills and strategies.

Organize and facilitate online chess tournaments, events, and competitions for students.

Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the world of chess to enhance teaching methodologies.

Collaborate with other chess coaches and educators to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Assist in the development of educational materials, including video lessons, articles, and puzzles.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of chess principles and strategies.

Proven experience in teaching chess to students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles of different age groups.

Familiarity with online chess platforms and technology.

Passion for promoting chess as an educational tool and fostering a love for the game.

Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
