Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process at our office in Palakkad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a good understanding of the education sector, and the ability to work efficiently in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Provide information about courses, eligibility, and career prospects to prospective students.
• Lead Management: Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Conversion & Enrollments: Follow up with leads and assist them in completing the admission process.
• Database Maintenance: Keep records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly admission targets through proactive engagement and counseling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to improve student enrollment strategies.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counseling, education sales, or a similar field.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malayalam.

Persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into admissions.

Knowledge of admission procedures and the ability to guide students effectively.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.

Basic computer skills, including CRM software, MS Office, and online communication tools.
