Commis Chef

At [Hotel/Restaurant Name], we take pride in serving authentic and flavorful dishes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis I – Tandoor to join our culinary team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes with authenticity and consistency.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Support senior chefs in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain stock levels, assist in requisitions, and minimize wastage.
- Uphold quality and presentation standards for all dishes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Commis I or in a similar role, preferably in Indian/Tandoor cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional tandoor techniques and dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
