Role Overview

The UI Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the user interface of digital products. This position bridges design creativity and technical feasibility, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UI design efforts from concept to final implementation
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to translate requirements into compelling UI designs
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure responsiveness, accessibility and cross-platform compatibility
  • Create UI designs for all device types.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Figjam, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, Navigational Structure and interaction design
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Build responsive web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
