Lead UX/UI DesignerDesign experiences that inspire, connect, and elevate.About WingsAt Wings, we’re a design studio that creates remarkable, customer-first brand experiences — helping businesses take off and soar across industries.Our expertise spans Branding, UX/UI Design, Interactive Websites, and Marketing, blending strategy and creativity to deliver work that truly connects with users.We’re seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to define and drive the design strategy for our digital products.You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences while leading a passionate team of designers.This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and team leadership — perfect for someone who thrives on creating impactful, user-centered solutions.Key Responsibilities- Define and implement UX/UI design strategies that align with both business goals and user needs.- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to deliver exceptional design outcomes.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions.- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.- Establish and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across all products and platforms.- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously raise the creative bar.Qualifications & Experience- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, and UI craftsmanship.- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools.- Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate design rationale with clarity and confidence.- Experience in building and maintaining design systems.- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.What We Offer- The opportunity to shape the design culture and strategy of a growing creative studio.- A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with close collaboration across disciplines.- Continuous learning, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.- A chance to work on diverse, impactful projects across industries and platforms.How to ApplyReady to lead, create, and inspire?
