Procurement Process

  • Receive purchase requisitions from internal departments.
  • Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs) and collect vendor quotations.
  • Evaluate quotations based on price, delivery, payment terms, and quality.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize purchase orders.

Vendor Management

  • Identify and develop reliable suppliers.
  • Maintain approved vendor lists and records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply issues.

Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and re-order as required to avoid shortages.
  • Coordinate with stores and warehouse for receipts and inspections.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
  • Maintain purchase records, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.

Cost & Quality Control

  • Implement cost-saving measures through negotiation and alternate sourcing.
  • Work with Quality and Production teams to address non-conformance issues.

Reporting

  • Generate regular reports on purchases, consumption, and vendor performance.
  • Assist in budget planning and spend analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
