Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and secure digital marketing projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze client requirements and prepare tailored proposals to win projects.
  • Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to ensure proposals align with service offerings.
  • Achieve monthly bidding targets and generate consistent leads.
  • Keep track of bids, conversions, and client communications for reporting purposes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in online bidding for
    digital marketing projects
    (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and ability to explain them clearly to clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft compelling and customized project proposals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms and LinkedIn sales/bidding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or IT company.
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills.
