Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Source and qualify candidates for roles across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other critical functions within Syngene.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up to keep potential hires engaged.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner with recruitment and HR teams to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience.
  • Keep abreast of talent market trends and competitor activities in the CRDMO/life sciences sector.
  • Leverage Syngenes employer brand to attract and nurture high-quality talent.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate regular sourcing and recruitment reports.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of solid experience in sourcing within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or CRDMO sectors.
  • Strong background in recruitment, with hands-on experience in sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
  • Proficient in Boolean search and skilled in using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, etc.).
  • Good understanding of roles and skill sets within scientific research, drug development, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
