• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential dealer partners who align with the

company's values, brand image, and quality standards.


• Establish selection criteria and evaluate prospective dealers based on their financial stability,

market presence, infrastructure, and capabilities.


• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential dealerships, ensuring a steady supply of

qualified prospects.

  1. Dealer Development and Management:


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to

develop dealer development programs, training initiatives, and incentive schemes.


• Provide guidance and support to dealers in meeting sales targets, enhancing customer

experience, and implementing effective marketing strategies.


• Conduct periodic performance reviews, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and

recommendations to dealers for continuous improvement.

  1. Relationship Building:


• Cultivate strong relationships with existing dealers, acting as the primary point of contact for

their concerns, feedback, and business development opportunities.


• Organize regular dealer meetings, workshops, and conferences to foster collaboration, share

best practices, and provide updates on company initiatives.


• Collaborate with dealers to develop joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and

brand-building initiatives.
