Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP ERP Finance Lead Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Finance modules and end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will lead finance-related solutions across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory, and Fixed Assets, and contribute to blueprinting, architecture, and enhancement engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions across AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform end-to-end process blueprinting, mapping, and architecture design.
  • Drive SAP ERP implementations and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide hands-on configuration and customization of SAP Finance modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to finance processes and integrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Prepare documentation, test cases, and training materials for end-users.
  • Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP Finance modules.
  • Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
  • Proven experience in SAP ERP implementations and enhancement engagements.
  • Ability to balance end-to-end process blueprinting, mapping, and architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • SAP certifications in Finance or S/4HANA are a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
