PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Within SAP Adoption Service Center, we are looking for an experienced Business Process techno functional Consultant with deep and proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects preferably in ManufacturingEXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Business Process Techno Functional Consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting SAP’s Manufacturing Industries customers with S/4 HANA implementation in the areas of S/4 HANA ABAP
• Understand Customer Requirements and Deliver high quality consulting solution using appropriate technology, test-driven-development, peer reviews, automated unit tests.
• Help customers to adopt SAP best practices, Clean Core, optimize their processes and implementation of optimized processes
• Collaborative focussed with colleagues in different locations via objective conversations, using professional channels
• Being a Team Player and Working Collaboratively to deliver success to our customers is the Primary objective of this role.
• To provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects.
• Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI – when enhancing industry solutions and services
• Responsible for own capacity utilization / KPIs

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Must have Sap S/4HANA implementation project experience from the Prepare/Explore phase till Run phase
• ABAP, OO ABAP, HTML5, SAP UI5, FIORI and OData
• Experienced in leading the teams and capable to drive initiatives
• Highly motivated and a Team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Debugging Skills
• Excellent Communications skills Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• High Performance and learning orientation
• Process knowledge of the below standard SAP modules are preferred: Production Planning (PP) ,Embedded Production Planning & Scheduling(ePP/DS), Production Engineering & Operation (PEO)

.WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8 years of techno functional consulting experience in SAP
• Minimum of 2 to 3 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role in manufacturing area
• Proven ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders within an organization.
• Has been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to others
