Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Tamil language (written & spoken) for voice processing tasks.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
